A few days ago, I had a deep business conversation with a CEO of an established tech company. We discussed the many ways the Covid-19 Pandemic continues to affect the tech industry. More importantly, we discussed how companies should respond during times of crisis. During our talk, he detailed how he orchestrated a company-wide “hunker down” with the intent to survive the economic slowdown. His words immediately grabbed my attention.
