A few days ago, I had a deep business conversation with a CEO of an established tech company. We discussed the many ways the Covid-19 Pandemic continues to affect the tech industry. More importantly, we discussed how companies should respond during times of crisis. During our talk, he detailed how he orchestrated a company-wide “hunker down” with the intent to survive the economic slowdown. His words immediately grabbed my attention.
I asked him a question, that Jim Collins and Morten Hansen dedicated an entire book to answer, “Why do some companies thrive in uncertainty, even chaos, and others do not?” While he was pondering a response, I asked a follow-up question: “…would you rather your competitors hunker down, stop development, and cling to their existing customers; or, rapidly change with the economy and grow their customer base?”
He laughed and responded quickly, “of course hunker down.” I smiled.
“In fact,”, he continued, “I would want all my competitors to hunker down. This would give my company the opportunity to focus on expanding my application, and the chance to not only catch up with my competition, but to leapfrog them.”
As he was wrapping his head around the importance of changing and adapting during this time, he looked at me and said, “How could I afford that while money is tighter than ever?”
The team at Innovative Software Solutions has officially created a new pricing structure that will help tech companies grow during this time of uncertainty. We call it Pandemic Positive Pricing (PPP).
Tech companies can now receive the high-quality software services they need, at a very affordable (and delayed) price, allowing them to, adapt, change, and, grow as a company.
Learn how ISS’s PPP plan helps tech companies weather the storm, leapfrog competition, and prosper through affordable software services, while the competition hunkers down!
